Samcraft Jig Size FatMat for xTool Omni UV Printer

The Standard bed upgrade for anyone running the Samcraft Jig Alignment System. The Samcraft Jig Size FatMat is cut to the same footprint as my xTool Omni jigs, so it drops straight into the Jig Alignment System. No unbolting, no re-aligning. Swap between jig work and flat work in seconds, and stop burning through your factory sticky mat in the process.

Why the Jig Size FatMat is Different

• Built for the Alignment System: Same footprint as a Samcraft Omni jig, so it seats inside the Jig Alignment System exactly the way a jig does. Leave the alignment system in place permanently.
• Swap in Seconds: Lift a jig out, drop the mat in, and you're printing flat items — then swap straight back. No tools, no re-alignment between jobs.
• Saves Your Sticky Mat: Every flat print you run on the FatMat is a print your factory adhesive mat doesn't have to take.

• Works Without the Alignment System Too: Don't have it? The mat still sits perfectly on the Standard bed on its own.
• Jigs Can Sit On Top: Leave the mat in place and set a jig straight onto it — no need to pull it out for jig work.

How Long Does It Last?

Indefinitely, in practice. The FatMat isn't a consumable — it's built to last the life of your printer. Unless it's physically cut or torn, there's no wear-out cycle and nothing to replace. Buy it once and you're done buying print bed surfaces.
