Get a price
I'll reply by email with a quote and a turnaround.
Pay and mail samples
Once you're happy with the quote, I'll send an invoice. After it's paid, mail me a few of your items.
I build it
I design and fit test the jig, then ship it with your samples and the template file.

Design, fit testing, one jig, and the template file. Complex items are quoted.
The same design, for a second station or a second machine.
From when your samples arrive. Need it sooner? Ask me about rush production.

Questions
Can I just send measurements?
Mailing a few samples is the standard route, so the jig is built around the real thing.
Do I get my samples back?
Yes. I'll send them back with your finished jig.
When do I pay?
The invoice is paid in full before I start. The design and fit testing happen up front, and that's where most of the work is.
Can I order more later?
Yes. Extra copies of your design are $24.99 each.
Do you sell the 3D file?
I don't provide 3D print files for any of my products. What I offer are physical jigs, and I can make one for you.
