Is your laser running square? Find out fast with this free 100mm grid test file — a simple, reliable way to check your machine's accuracy before you commit to a real project.
The file cuts a 100mm x 100mm outer square and engraves 100 inner 10mm x 10mm squares. Measure the result and you'll know immediately if your machine needs calibration.

The Grid pattern did help quite a bit in aligning my P2S. I didn't realize that the gantry was off by a little more than an 1/8th.
Thanks Sam!

Awesome drove always
The test grid is awesome but don’t make the mistake that I made of setting a specific material in XCS. Doing so will change all of the burn parameters to what’s appropriate for the specified material rendering the test grid useless. It probably says as much somewhere on the test grid and I just missed it
so easy and brilliant thank you
Cool file, cant wait to use it!
