I read the complete file, watched YouTube video and ran into problems. I then used the link to get help—nothing. No reply. Crickets. Horrible customer service. I actually thought it would be better (since this is a small business). This review is actually quite an “insult” since I received “this” instead of a reply to my questions…unreal.
Haven't tested yet. Waiting on another machine from Xtool. Ordered new M1 Ultra
