Eliminate the hassle of centering designs on metal Business Cards with my xTool F1 Ultra Business Card Jig made for the new xTool F1 Ultra laser! This jig is specifically designed for metal Business Cards measuring 86mm x 54mm and holds six business cards at once. This jig works in landscape and portrait orientation for maximum customization and ease of use!
- Your purchase includes (1) One 3D Printed Jig, (1) xTool Creative Space project file, and (1) SVG file for use with other software.
- This jig is sized to fit business cards measuring 86mm x 54mm.
- Easily attaches into place on the xTool F1 Ultra threaded base using the bolts from your machine's corner jig that came with your laser.
- Each jig is made to order with an average turn around time of 4 business days.
Note: This is a plastic jig and if subjected directly to lasers will melt! This jig will also melt if the object it is holding gets too hot. Please bear this in mind and contact me with any questions prior to ordering.

I love these best solution for my problem trying to do 100's of business cards at a time tried the conveyor and can't control if they come out upside-down or not with this if they turn upside-down I can change them in the batch file. I've done almost 1,000 cards now with no mistakes quality product very happy will be getting more jigs from samcraft. Thank you!!!
A jig is a jig when it’s good - it just works. It’s not fancy, right? But somehow Sam makes Jigs REALLY work and even more impressive HE IS AMAZING!!! What you really need from a jig is customer support- that’s what you’re getting in triplicate

these jigs are great. a jig fo metal stainless steel business cards would be appreciated also. The only place I buy my jigs for laser engraving
This jig is well laid out and constructed. Very easy to setup and use. The xTool F1 Ultra using the IR Fiber Laser is about the ultimate setup for business cards. The F1 IR Fiber does a noticeably better looking job on cards than LED Blue or even the P2 IR. I've compared and now all my cards are engraved on the F1 Ultra with the IR Fiber laser. The letters engraved in reall pop nicely.
