With this Complete Jig Kit you will have all the tools needed to batch out and gain pinpoint precision for custom engraved glass Christmas ball ornaments! Made for the new xTool F2 Ultra laser. This jig is specifically designed to cradle and properly center each item for the perfect alignment while also utilizing XCS's new curved engraving features.

🔷 This jig is sized to fit the most common glass ball ornament sizes found in a variety of retail stores in the USA.
🔷 Easily attaches into place on the xTool F2 Ultra threaded base using the included hardware. Upgrade your F2 Ultra with my Jig Baseplate for tool-free jig changes!
🔷 This jig is purposely sized for the best outcome with your laser due to the nature of engraving on spherical objects.
🔷 Each item is make-to-order. Average turn around time is 4 business days

I have been using two of the sizes of the ornament jig and it makes it very easy align and repeat ornaments.
Works as advertised
Does *exactly* what it's intended to: hold the typical sizes of ball ornaments level for laser engraving. Very high quality, super accurate placement on the grid. Can't ask for more. 10/10 - highly recommend.

This is a great addition to the Omni 1… I leave it on the machine 100% of the time as I have built a drop on adjustable table for larger objects out of extruded aluminum. It saves a ton of time knowing it’s dead center and you can quickly open a template and get going in less than a minute. Highly recommend.
