The jig baseplate was excellent as always. I used it to emboss a coin, which aligned. The coin took 6 hrs to do and at the end, of the project my baseplate and coin jig melted together because of the high heat. I’ll probably being ordering another one of each.

A tiny bit disappointed
I pretty much used to seeing jigs that I buy fit almost flawlessly in the application for which they designed. This particular J base plate doesn’t actually come together in the center with all four pieces. Two the pieces fit flawlessly where the points in the center meet perfectly and there’s no gap. Two of them do not and there’s a gap of 16th to 3/32 of an inch where the points don’t touch. Is this nitpicky? Yes. Does the jig still work for its intended purpose? Yes. So maybe it is nitpicky but when you pay what is charged for this jig I don’t think it’s unfair to expect it to be pretty much perfect.

The reason I use Samcraft jigs is because of the amazing YouTube videos that show how to use them. Samcraft also has many video tutorials on the machines and how use use them to make money with your laser. From the technical to shipping and marketing! Great job. This is my 4th jig if you count the adapter for the F1 Ultra that allows me to use these in both machines!

The jig baseplate for the Xtool F1Ultra is great tool to have in your tool box. This baseplate fixture does not just one, but two things very well. First, it provides a stable and repeatable location for placement of your F1 jigs. You can use them with this easily and effectively. Your jigs for the ultra work great on this device. It provides a stable and repeatable locator for your jigs. Allows for quick and easy refills of materials. The best feature in my estimation is simple repeatability.
